Workshop Internalizing Yin Yoga. On-line

We will join with Trika Yoga for the II edition of this 2 hour workshop, but this time online through Google Meet.
We will focus on the ways we can keep Chi energy flowing through the body, during the ebb and flow of life. We will have a review of the anatomy of our meridian system and the importance of keeping it healthy.

Then we will use yin asanas to enter our body and help us reach a state of mind of rest. We will create awareness of our individual limitations with acceptance as we enhance the flow of Chi through our meridians: the liver and gallbladder. The spleen and stomach. The lungs and the large intestine. The heart and small intestine. The kidneys and urinary bladder.
