Therapeutic Massages

A massage given on a regular basis is one more tool that will help us positively on a physical and emotional level to face our challenges in our daily lives.

In all the massages we offer, including Thai and Ayurvedic Massage, reflex effects will be produced.

These reflexes activate the autonomic nervous system, influencing remote areas, organs and tissues. As a consequence, a general reaction occurs with a reduction in tension, stress, fatigue, anxiety and insomnia. Other mechanical effects also occur in the treated area, causing an increase in circulation and temperature due to the different maneuvers.
