6 week course, every Monday at 6:30 pm
We start Monday January 25th until Monday March 1st. We will try to repeat the last class in a beautiful place in Altea outdoors on a day that we can agree on among the group.
This is an introductory yoga course with which you will learn to adapt the practice of yoga to the structure of your body through a functional approach.
I will share the most essential knowledge that I have learned throughout all these years not only through others teachers but above all giving class yoga, watching to my students and keeping a dialogue with them for know their bodies and that adaptations suits them better.

Gain confidence so that you can enjoy your independent practice.
3. The Eight Branches of Yoga and the Historical Origin.
Review of key concepts and techniques in practice that will help you deepen your practice and / or prepare your training as a teacher.
4. The Western Yoga of the XXI century.
Cultural appropriation Vs cultural appreciation.
5. Different Styles of yoga, what is your intention?
Learn details about yoga to understand the why and for what of each of the most practiced techniques in the West.
6. Introduction to Applied Anatomy to Yoga, create self-awareness.
Mechanical efficiency and energy efficiency in the practice of yoga.
Receive expert support for 6 weeks.
Includes meditation practices and pranayamas.
