Yoga Online y Presencial
This practice focuses on the release of physical and mental tensions. Each week we target specific parts of the body where energy tends to accumulate and cling. We will move with a slow, grounded flow, creating awareness of our subconscious neuromuscular imbalances. Expect a full yoga practice with Pranayama at the beginning and Savasana to finish the practice.
